SUMMARY:British Columbia Snap Provincial Election 2026
DESCRIPTION:In the midst of turmoil amongst his party’s opponents\, Premier David Eby has called a snap election for British Columbia. Rather than the October 2028 date specified by a fixed-election statute\, the snap election will take place two years early\, on October 24\, 2026. Catholic Conscience has completed a basic posting at https://catholicconscience.org/canada/british-columbia/october2026/ and will continue working on it\, including addition of .pdf versions of the platform comparisons. Our guide to the earlier 2024 British Columbia election remains posted at https://catholicconscience.org/canada/british-columbia/2024-provincial-election/ and may provide useful information for comparisons. \nPlease read\, pray\, and vote conscientiously! Thank you for caring about the future of B.C.
